Congratulations to Dr. Barbara Perry, who has been named the 2020 Division of Terrorism and Bias Crime (DTBC) Distinguished Scholar! Dr. Perry is a Professor of Social Science and Humanities at the University of Ontario Institute of Technology and an author of several books and scholarly articles on topics related to hate crime and extremism. She also currently serves as Director of the Centre on Hate, Bias and Extremism and is a founding co-Chairperson for the International Network for Hate Studies.
As the DTBC Distinguished Scholar Award Winner, Dr. Perry will be providing a keynote address for this year’s Virtual Research Symposium. Stay tuned for more information about dates and times.
